Learn to Meditate with Me

I teach meditation in a simple and easy way. We focus on relaxing the body so the mind can relax, and follow a simple format so you can practice on your own, too. 


Choose to meditate in a group and experience the transformative effects of a meditation circle. Every group meditation is 30 minutes with a 15 minute chat afterwards.

Alternatively, for a more individualised approach or to help you use meditation to help you through a specific situation choose a private lesson. We discuss your situation, meditate together and then chat afterwards about how the meditation was for you. The meditation is recorded for you to practice at home and is tailored to your individual needs.

We have gathered in circle since the dawn of time. Circles have no hierarchy, everyone is equal. Circles are a transformative, healing, safe and nurturing space where we come together to share from our heart, sit in meditative silence and journal.

Circles are a place you can be vulnerable and you will be supported. You will leave circle feeling connected, uplifted and deeply heard. 


I hold two circles a month currently: Pregnancy Circles and Mama Circles. Circles run for 2 hours and include a meditation, journaling time (and prompts) and a deep dive into a topic. The topic of the month is written in the 'What's On' Tab.

Eight Week Mindfulness Training

Your body has all the wisdom it needs to guide you towards your healthiest self, you just need to learn how to listen. 


Learn how to befriend your mind and invite more calm and ease into your relationship with food and your body. Over 6 sessions, we work together towards a more balanced and healthy relationship with food and your body and

Learn how to befriend your mind and invite more calm and ease into your relationship with food and your body. Over 6 sessions, we work together towards a more balanced and healthy relationship with food and your body and identify beliefs and stories that are keeping you stuck, as well as how to control the controllable and let go of the rest. 


Mindful eating has been shown to decrease emotional and binge eating, improve body image and help you to tune into a true sense of health not dictated by external rules (or a multi-billion dollar "health" industry!) It is truly a way of eating that will help you maintain your healthiest version of you throughout your whole life and every season.


Each session starts with a short centering meditation and you will receive a digital recording so you can practice at home. 


This 6 Week Mindful Eating Coaching involves:

- understanding why mindful eating is effective in helping you gain control around food and jump off the diet bandwagon

- identify triggers for overeating 

- learn to deal with emotions without food

- learn to eat in a way that encourages maximum satisfaction with less food

- respect movement 

- heal your relationship with your body image

Mindfulness has been shown to help with pregnancy and parenting. During pregnancy, mindfulness-based interventions have shown iprovement in symptoms of 

pregnancy including coping with changing body image, nausea, insomnia, pain, anxiety and depression as well as a calmer birth with less interventions.

It has also been shown to help with parenting in relation to psychological wellbeing, reducing stress and reactivity, and even improving functioning and behaviour of children (when the parents have implemented mindfulness-based tools).


This in-depth training program equips you with an in-depth understanding of the most commonly used mindfulness techniques as well as the components of living a more mindful lifestyle. This training combines the practice and psychology behind mindfulness.

Do you need help with relaxing for  breastfeeding or feeling rested despite multiple wakes during the night? Do you need help with pregnancy insomnia? 


Perhaps you’d like to move your body in a way that supports and nourishes your baby during pregnancy. Or maybe you’d like to support your posture, physical and mental recovery after pregnancy and birth with a beautiful yoga practice that includes your baby. 


Yoga can help with any of these issues, and more. I have a gentle approach to yoga, emphasising mindfulness (of course) so that it really becomes a moving meditation and you leave the practice feeling both physically and emotionally uplifted and relaxed.
